Terms of Service

By creating an account or using NavPeer Resume ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; we'll note the date of the latest change at the top of this page.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use.

Everything you create on NavPeer Resume — your resumes, cover letters, and the information in them — belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of your content.

You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you (for example, rendering previews, generating PDFs, and saving your work). You can export or delete your content at any time.

You agree to use NavPeer Resume honestly and lawfully. In particular, you agree not to:

• Fabricate employment history, qualifications, or credentials.
• Use the Service to send spam or harass others.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

Our full Acceptable Use Policy has more detail. Violating it may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Most of NavPeer Resume is free. Unlimited resumes, unlimited cover letters, all templates, ATS scoring, follow-up reminders and unlimited downloads in every format are available to every account at no charge.

We sell one optional paid plan, Pro, which adds the AI features: rewriting text you have written, drafting cover letter paragraphs, reading an uploaded CV, written ATS advice and job-posting autofill. Free accounts may use a limited number of AI actions each day. Prices are shown on the pricing page and are charged in Indian rupees through our payment processor, Polar, who acts as merchant of record.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings; cancellation stops future billing and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling never removes your documents or your ability to download them, because downloads are not part of the paid plan.

We work hard to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.

You can stop using NavPeer Resume and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination you can export your content first; after deletion, your data is removed in line with our Privacy Policy.
