Find your numbers first
Before generating anything, spend ten minutes pulling actual figures — volume, money, time saved, percentages, headcount. This does more for a resume than any writing tool.
Edit into your own voice
Generated phrasing is recognisable when it is left untouched. Change the wording until it sounds like something you would say out loud.
